Nature of the platform

VeriVest is software. It provides workflow, record keeping, verification orchestration and evidence tooling for investor onboarding.

VeriVest does not provide financial product advice, legal advice, taxation advice or accounting advice, and does not make eligibility, compliance or investment decisions. Those decisions remain with the client organisation and, where relevant, its qualified professionals.

No offer of financial products

Nothing on this website or in the platform constitutes an offer, invitation or recommendation to acquire any financial product or interest in any fund.

Accounts and access

• Accounts are personal and must not be shared
• Multi factor authentication must be maintained where required
• You are responsible for activity conducted under your account
• Access may be suspended where misuse or a security risk is identified

Acceptable use

• Do not submit false, misleading or fraudulent information or documents
• Do not attempt to access data belonging to another organisation or applicant
• Do not probe, scan or interfere with platform security controls without authorisation
• Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose

Third party providers

Certain functionality depends on third party providers such as identity verification, screening, electronic signature and storage services. Availability and results from those providers are outside our direct control.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting any rights under the Australian Consumer Law, liability arising from use of the platform is limited to resupply of the relevant services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
