How it works

Five steps from configuration to an approved investor.

VeriVest is designed so the applicant, the accountant and the compliance reviewer each do their part in the right place, at the right time, on the record.

01

Configure your onboarding process

Set your investor types, required evidence, eligibility pathways, reviewers, document templates and email templates. Configuration is per organisation and per fund.

  • Investor types enabled
  • Required documents
  • Eligibility pathways
  • Reviewer roles
  • Document and email templates
  • Risk and approval rules
02

Invite the investor or entity

Issue a secure invitation. The applicant creates an account, verifies their email, enables MFA and works through a guided journey rather than one long form.

  • Secure invitation
  • Email verification
  • Multi factor authentication
  • Guided step by step journey
  • Save and resume
  • Progress visibility
03

Complete identity and entity verification

Individuals are verified through the connected provider. Entities are mapped, and related persons — directors, trustees, beneficial owners and signatories — are identified and verified.

  • Individual identity verification
  • Document verification
  • Entity detail capture
  • Related person mapping
  • Beneficial ownership
  • Manual review fallback
04

Review wholesale eligibility and supporting evidence

The applicant selects a pathway and provides supporting information. Where required, an accountant is invited to review the schedule and issue a certificate.

  • Pathway selection
  • Asset and income schedule
  • Accountant invitation
  • Certificate signing
  • Screening results
  • Source of funds declarations
05

Approve and export the compliance record

Compliance reviews the complete record, records the decision with reasons, and generates a consolidated evidence pack for the file.

  • Compliance review
  • Approval or rejection
  • Exceptions and overrides
  • Reason capture
  • Evidence pack export
  • Immutable audit history
